GIRLS AND BODIES.

Girls and their body.

you know what i mean. Constant shaming and whatever. On big ones, small ones, little ones, curvy ones, round ones, tall ones and all sorts of bodies.

Lately a lot has been going on about this. I mean we can all say that we don't do it, but we do. We constantly shame on other people. Disliking them, bullying them and worst of all to make yourself feel better.

Look i'm all for happy healthy food and lifestyles and such as. And i really appreciate it if that is what your life is about. But that does not give you the right or place to start hating on others who do not find that the most important thing in life.

I, for example. I try to eat my vegetables everyday and my 2 to 3 pieces of fruit every day. But then i find myself enjoying a piece of cheesecake or whatever and there's always this feeling i get that i shouldn't be doing that. Because society doesn't want me to and the people being brainwashed by society, either.

And what about that "bikini body ready" subject? I get that you want to look good in a bikini. Everyone has the right to look good in a bikini. It's just a matter of choosing the right one for the right body. So also i think that people who are bigger don't need to get respect or being honored for wearing a bathing suit. It's a normal thing in life and if it was for our famous painter Peter Paul Rubens, we walked around town in bathing suits. For him preferably, naked.

My thoughts. Was Mother Theresa constantly picking on herself about what she ate? Is Queen Elisabeth II hating on her cook because he used a rich butter to bake her glorious steak? Do you think that Billie Holiday cared about what she filled her stomach with after singing at Blue Note? What Marilyn Monroe would think if she ate at a fancy restaurant? I honestly don't think so.

Here are some thoughts, GIF wise. You know to amuse you.

Keep on telling that to yourself whenever you are feeling like it. You can't tell yourself enough.

"Should you be eating that?" your new natural response is... throw them some real falseness.

Want to order something online? Good for you. Use your imagination on how it's going to look on you. returns are always free.

When someone says something you wear isn't really flattering your body.
And as for the being hungry part. It's ok to have an appetite. It's still what keeps you alive.
FRIES BEFORE GUYS. When meeting up with your girlfriends talking about your boyfriends.

When you get to a store and they don't have the size you need because you have the most common size ever and it's not coming back in store. "I KNEW I HAD TO COME YESTERDAY!"

Kisses.

Xoxo
